Doctor Whale AKA Frankenstein from Once Upon A Time. I tried to do it monchromatic , sort of like in the series where his world looks kind of black and white , but it didn't work out too well , so I changed it to a sepia sort of colouring . Eh. Oh well . I really like the idea of Frankenstein in OuaT , even though people argue that he isn't a Fairytale character per se.

He may not be a fairytale character but he is one of the most iconic characters in fiction. I heard about him being in Once Upon A Time and went to the official site just to watch that episode.

He is definitely one of the more iconic fictional characters . I'm quite happy to see him in OuaT , if they can get in Frankenstein , who knows which other awesome characters they can include ? :D

Yeah I read that. And I read that ep 12 will have both those actors so I bet that ep will be about the Frankensteins.

Also, do you think he's from "Science Fiction Land," and there are aliens and time travelers running around outside his lab? Or, because it's in black-and-white, is it "Old-fashioned Science Fiction Land?" Or does each book get its own world, since all the fairy tale characters came from that one book Henry had? In any case, it's exciting to see what they're going to do with all of these possibilities!

I call it "Gothic Horror Land" since Shelley's novel is considered gothic horror and a friend of hers actually came up with a vampire story around the same time that started the whole gothic romantic vampire thing...so my theory is that magic exists in his land (because it would have to for the hat to work) but it doesn't exist in the same capacity as Fairytale Land. Like, perhaps Victor lives in a world that also has vampires and werewolves and other things skulking around, but he simply chooses to pursue science.

(I think about this stuff way too much.)

ANYWAY, nice work. :)
